Mountain Soul Yoga is a yoga community offering exceptional weekly Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga classes. Meaning “to move with intention” our commitment to Vinyasa Yoga underlines our emphasis on intelligent, evolutionary offerings that serve our students both on and off the mat. Additionally, we provide Colorado School of Yoga teacher trainings for those wishing to dive deeper into yoga practice and philosophy, as well as Ayurvedic consulting and education. Our mission is to offer exceptional instruction by teachers who are authentically rooted in their passions and inspirations, as well as an embodied understanding of yoga philosophy in a modern, relevant context.

Based in Edwards, Colorado, Mountain Soul Yoga creates a space for those who are drawn to the boundless opportunities for self expression the mountains provide.

ABOUT THE SPACE

Mountain Soul Yoga boasts a clean, spacious and modern facility with two yoga studios and stunning mountain views in downtown Edwards, Colorado. Bring your own mat or rent one of ours. Enjoy accessible on-site parking or walk over from the Riverwalk, Homestead or the nearby commercial centers. After class, head downstairs for a glass of wine with our neighbors at Eat! Drink! or enjoy dinner at Tacorico.
