Cassie found yoga after she graduated from Ball State University in 2010. After her first class at a studio in her hometown of Bloomington, Indiana, she was hooked. She loved the challenging, playful, vinyasa flow as well as the calm state of mind she felt after practice. She began to gain a new access to introspection and an awareness of her body and mind connection. Cassie continued her yoga journey after moving to Denver and eventually made her way to the Vail Valley in 2012. She found her home at Revolution Power Yoga in Eagle-Vail. The sweaty, challenging and energizing practice was where she could find peace of mind, a place to grow, and a community of lifelong friends. Cassie completed her 200 Hour Power Vinyasa Certification with Rachel Nelson at Revolution Power Yoga in 2014. Her classes are playful and inspired by her students. She loves to incorporate music and humor to her flow. She encourages direct communication, being fiercely authentic, and diving within yourself to develop a practice that is truly your own.

Cassie lives in Edwards, CO with her boyfriend, who may try yoga someday. For 40ish hours a week she is a Probation Officer for Eagle County. She enjoys outdoor activities like running, skiing, hiking, camping and stand-up paddle boarding. She loves her yoga practice, reading, cooking, eating, and drinking on patios with friends.
