Mountain Soul Yoga is a boutique yoga studio in Edwards Corner upstairs from The Drunken Goat offering exceptional Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga classes.

We are a team of driven mountainpreneurs who are passionate about yoga. Our mission is to inspire curiosity, courage and insight through Hatha Yoga practices. We cultivate a welcoming space and exceptional teachers to facilitate your growth, so you can be sure that the time you spend on your mat is a gift you give to the world. We believe in the power of yoga to help you transform your body, mind and soul, and we are committed to upholding the wisdom of yoga in a way that is relevant and empowering. We value the boutique experience of a meaningful connection between teacher and student, and quality over quantity. Connection and intention is the guiding principle of Vinyasa Yoga, which means “to move or place with intention” and this thread weaves through everything that we do. Our goal is not just to teach you to move your body, but to inspire you to elevate the quality of your awareness, decisions, actions and words. If you think there are still things left to learn, seek personal growth and value integrity, Mountain Soul Yoga is for you.

Additionally, we provide frequent teacher trainings for those wishing to dive deeper into yoga practice and philosophy, as well as Ayurvedic consulting and education. Our teachers have completed a minimum of 200 hours training in Integrated Vinyasa™ Yoga. Our mission is to offer exceptional classes by teachers who are authentically rooted in their passions and inspirations, as well as an embodied understanding of yoga philosophy in a modern, relevant context.

ABOUT THE SPACE

Mountain Soul Yoga boasts a clean, spacious and modern facility with two yoga studios and stunning mountain views in Edwards, Colorado. We are not a heated studio, but we aim for comfort. Bring your own mat or rent one of ours. All other props are provided. Enjoy accessible on-site free parking or walk over from the Riverwalk, Homestead or other nearby commercial centers. 

FIRST TIME?

We recommend filling out our New Student Registration form online before you arrive to take your first class. Plan to arrive 10 minutes early to find us, park and get comfortable. To ensure the comfort of our students and support their experience, we do lock the door at start time and late admittance is not permitted. Thank you for your understanding.
