Brian’s classes put the focus on bringing energy, playfulness, and excitement through the yoga experience. Brian completed his 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training under Rachel Nelson at Revolution Power Yoga in 2014, with an emphasis on Power Vinyasa. Through his own practice, he has found a renewed sense of joy and levity in his personal life that had previously been lost due to the challenges that most people face on a day to day basis. By stepping out of his comfort zone, both physically and emotionally, he has learned to find joy in the small things and gain a sense of power and control over his own life. As a teacher, Brian shares his passion with others in the hopes that they, too, can find continued satisfaction and presence on and off their mats. Staying present, working through physical poses, and smiling while cultivating a sense of adventure and fun, has shown that real change can happen. Sweaty, fun, flow, and laughter can be the catalyst to happiness.
Brian lives in Vail, CO with his best fur buddy Daisy, and his ever growing record collection. As a pretend adult, he appraises Real Estate and in his free time enjoys hiking, skiing, camping, floating, listening to and playing music, and enjoying a cold beer(s) at the end of the day.
