FLAVORS OF FALL
The first 30 Day Detox at Mountain Soul kicked off last week and we got a sneak peak at the manual and decided to steal this yummy, cleanse-approved recipe to keep us nourished and warm!
Crockpot Harvest â€œStewpâ€
2 chicken breasts or 2-3 thighs
1 cup water
1 carrot, diced
1 celery stalk, diced
1 sweet potato, diced
1 cup chard or other leafy green, chopped
½ onion, diced
½ cup quinoa
1 tsp each: cinnamon, red chilli, turmeric, garlic powder
Salt & pepper
Place all ingredients in your crockpot and cook on high and cook for 4 hours. Serve with love and enjoy with friends on a cool fall night!
