Immerse yourself in story and sound with Kirtan, the practice of call-and-response chanting to access deeper levels of meditation. We will use our voices to activate the essence of sound to cultivate a deep introspective dive into the heart. Students are encouraged to explore the more subtle facets of yoga through story, mantra, and meditation. Discover how you can quiet the mind through Kirtan and experience the power of mantra!
