After saying goodbye to a youth filled with dance, Nicole needed to fill her desire for movement. She found her first yoga class (with her mom) at 18 and has been practicing ever since. In 2008, she left a career in the art world and her home in New York for â€œjust a seasonâ€ to teach skiing in Vail. By accident, she fell in love with the mountains and uncovered a deep desire to share yoga with the world.
In 2013, Nicole completed her 200-hour through the Integrated Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in Vail, CO under Gina Caputo and Julia Clarke. She has also completed Julia’s Restorative Teacher Training in 2015. Combining these formal trainings along with her dance background and infectious energy, she invites her students to ultimately embrace their natural fluidity. She blends mindfulness, intentional movement and humor into playful and empowering classes. In her experience, yoga has helped her dissuade negative self-talk and improve her self-confidence while consistently finding the playful in everything.
