Research has shown that practicing gratitude can lift us from the trance of scarcity and dissolve patterns of stress while simultaneously improving our self-esteem and relationships. Join Liz Koskinen for a relaxing Restorative Yoga practice to help you unwind from the busy holiday season and restore you to a sense of abundance and well-being. Restorative Yoga uses props to hold your body in supported supine and seated poses in such a way that your body and mind can relax deeply. Space and props are limited, please sign up ahead of time to ensure your space!
