Yoga for Beginners: Learn the Basics

This 4 week series offers beginners a chance to learn more about yoga and basic poses to start their practice. Each week will offer a glimpse into a different family of asanas (poses) in Hatha yoga. Every class will be a combination of movement and discussion, so come ready to learn and explore the yoga basics.
