Yoga for Mountain Athletes

Join Los Angeles-based Yoga Works teacher Charlie Samos for an evening of asana practice designed with mountain athletes in mind. This practice targets your posture to help prevent or relieve back pain. We will integrate poses that create a strong core, combined with postures to open your hamstrings, psoas, and hip flexors to promote mobility in your lower back. Posture can improve and injuries can heal. Understanding the connection between core strength and mobility is key to preventing or healing spinal issues.
